“We use Drawbridge exclusively, and we like how available they are. They're so professional, polite, well-mannered, on time. If they're going to be 15 minutes late they call, it’s just a very impressive outfit to deal with. Drawbridge is very knowledgeable, and if they're not knowledgeable they say “you know, let me get back with you” and they call back. I would just say the customer service is the best we’ve seen here. We don't ever talk about changing from Drawbridge, we love it.
We have several homeowners here who use Drawbridge at the country club. Drawbridge is just so reliable. The main thing is just the professionalism, they are well spoken and well dressed, their manner is calm. A lot of times when they come in, everyone here at Highlands Falls is panicking, and they get the job done, unaffected by the stress that may be around. They are like the ghost busters of IT. We hear from other people that Drawbridge is good. I can’t say the number of times we’ve referred Drawbridge and we’ve never heard a single complaint. We feel the integrity level is very high with Drawbridge, they never try to sell us something we don't need. We really like them. “

"Highlands Falls has been using Drawbridge for almost 10 years and one thing that has always particularly impressed me is their response time, whether it be by email or phone their quick response time has been a major plus. The service quality is above industry average, rarely does Drawbridge not get the problem solved perfectly the first time, but when that is the case Drawbridge is very good about coming back a second time and getting is solved or even fine tuning the job to better suit our needs. “When we moved our office location we consulted with Drawbridge and asked them to come in and help us with some ideas on how we could handle our phone system, we went from a very archaic analog phone system in our last office location, so we were looking for better options. We looked at staying simple and just getting new phones which is not realistic for an office of 5 to 6 people, so Drawbridge came and helped us explore our options. With those options we looked at leasing phones which is what we ended up doing through Drawbridge, but at the same time we looked at the cost and in the end we switched from an outdated phone system that was down a lot, and we transferred to a system that in reality has put our office at a 20 to 30% savings. We’ve been very pleased with the Voice over IP system. The phone system is phenomenal from the standpoint that I'm in the field a lot so when I get a voicemail it’s emailed to me and I get the messages instantly which allows me to meet the needs of my clients.”
“The phone system we had before was about one step ahead of a string and a Dixie cup as far as us sounding professional on the phone. We got calls dropped constantly, since we purchased a phone system from Drawbridge our conference calls and call routing make us sound much more professional than we used to. We can receive calls on our cell phones when we’re not in office making us available for every phone call, so we don't miss one. What I like about Drawbridges’ phone system is that when we get a voicemail we get that as an email on our personal cell phone so we never miss anything. As our employees change, it is very easy to restructure the phones, most of the time Drawbridge can accomplish that without showing up on the property.”
